Sonos Radio HD Subscription Growth

Designing for growth in trials and subscription to get new and existing Sonos users into the Sonos Radio HD experience.

Sonos Radio is the second most-listened-to service in the Sonos app. With the launch of Sonos Radio HD, our premium paid tier, our focus has been on driving trial and subscription growth through strategic acquisition and retention efforts.

We optimized multiple channels to attract and convert both new and existing users into Sonos Radio HD subscribers. This included contextual upsells within the app, a seamless sign-up flow, and targeted strategies to retain and win back users post-trial.
